Over a 30+ year C-suite career spanning manufacturing, FMCG distribution, packaging, consumer goods, and commercial services, he has led operations at a scale that few executives anywhere in Africa can match.

At the peak of his operational career, The Consultant served as CEO of a major pan-African consumer goods business — leading a workforce of over 10,000 staff across more than 10 African countries simultaneously. That experience — managing complexity, culture, regulation, and commercial performance across Anglophone and Francophone markets at scale — is the foundation of everything Gator Consulting offers its clients.
